CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy, in conjunction with our posted Terms and Policies constitute a legally binding agreement (the “TERMS”) entered into between you (“You” or “Client”) and Digital Incubator Services Limited dba Affiliate Institute, including Ai Systems (“Ai” “us” or the “Company”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) and governs your access to and use of our Product(s).
RESCISSION PERIOD (RIGHT TO RESCIND)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the terms of purchase. There is no rescission period for digital purchases. Please review all product details and terms of purchase carefully before completing your transaction.
CANCELLATION/TERMINATION BY CLIENT (Ai SYSTEMS PRODUCTS)
You may cancel a product or subscription at any time directly through your billing portal at app.affiliateinstitute.com or by written request to support@affiliateinstitute.com. Requests submitted via any other method are not accepted and do not constitute a valid cancellation request. Please be advised that account cancellation does not guarantee the issuance of any refund, it simply cancels your subscription, ceases future subscription billing and terminates account access as of the cancellation date. To ensure cancellation ceases future subscription billing attempts, you must ensure your request is submitted at least one business day prior to any scheduled charge. Cancellation will not cancel any pending charges.
Failure to renew a subscription or failure to pay monthly or annual subscription fees (whether due to you having an expired or otherwise invalid credit card on file, unavailability of funds, or other reason causing Ai’s inability to process your subscription fee) will result in cancellation of your subscription, cease future subscription billing and terminate account access as of the cancellation date. Following cancellation, no guarantee of data retention or back up exists.

REFUNDS UPON CANCELLATION/TERMINATION (AFFILIATE INSTITUTE AND Ai SYSTEMS PRODUCTS)
Digital Training and Coaching Products. Due to the digital nature and immediacy of availability of digital products, no right to refund exists on digital products or subscriptions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no right to refund or rescission exists once you complete your purchase.
Ai Systems Software. Due to the digital nature and immediacy of availability of our software upon subscription, all purchases of our software products or subscriptions are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no right to refund or rescission exists once the subscription is activated.
Third Party Purchases through Ai Systems. Due to the digital nature and immediacy of availability of any third-party product or services not included in your Ai Systems subscription fee and purchased through your Ai Systems account (including, but not limited to AI content generation tools, email or SMS credits, website hosting or other marketing tools) all purchases or subscriptions are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no right to refund or rescission exists once the subscription is activated. No refunds will be issued for any third-party services purchased. You are responsible for canceling any third-party subscription services, prior to their next billing cycle. Ai carries no liability for costs or fees associated with third-party services.
CANCELLATION/TERMINATION BY COMPANY (AFFILIATE INSTITUTE AND Ai SYSTEMS PRODUCTS)
The Company reserves the right to terminate an Agreement or Services at any time issuing a written notice of termination to you at the email address on file. Termination of a purchase or subscription by the Company will typically take effect at the end of any current billing period, however in certain circumstances, the Company may terminate a subscription mid-cycle. Such instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a prorated refund at the Company’s sole discretion based on your consumption/utilization of the product, or reasonable assumption of same based on the time elapsed between date of purchase and date of termination, and reason for termination.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Please be advised that this Cancellation and Refund Policy in no way governs purchases made from third-party organizations that are not owned/operated by us. Please refer to the terms and conditions of such purchase or contact the respective third-party organization for details related to your purchase.
